- If this is not possible, please contact our customer service immediately
- We will help you to block your card and order a new card
Important! In case of card theft, please report it immediately to the local police station and then send a copy of the theft report to our customer service.
If we do not receive the theft report in time, we may have to temporarily block your new card for security reasons.
