Sometimes it can take a few minutes until the smsTAN arrives.
The reason why the smsTAN does not reach you can be the following:
- The device in question may have been temporarily out of service or in flight mode, or had a full memory.
- If the phone has not been turned off or rebooted for a long time, it may lose connection to the A2P network. This can lead to a delay in the delivery of the smsTAN. In this case, please restart your phone to re-establish the connection.
- If the same problem persists after the above actions, please contact your mobile provider in advance with a "signal reset" request. After that, smsTAN reception usually works again.
If there are still problems with the reception of smsTANs on your cell phone, please contact our customer service and inform us about your cell phone provider and your location (domestic/foreign).
