As a Penta customer, you have the following options for recalling unauthorized or incorrect payments:
- SEPA direct debits on your account can be canceled directly in the account for up to 8 weeks without giving any further reasons. To do this, select the direct debit in your transaction history, click on "Reverse direct debit" and then confirm with a smsTAN.
- To return direct debits that are older than 56 days, please contact our customer service directly, stating the payment data.
- For card payments with your VISA card, you have 90 days to initiate the chargeback process with us.
- Transfer recalls for SEPA transfers are subject to a fee (10.00 EUR per recall) and are not necessarily successful. The recipient of the transfer must agree to the transfer recall. If he does not do so, the banks' hands are tied and your only recourse is to take legal action against the payee.
