Most accounts are activated within a few days. However, in some cases there may be delays.

The following may be the reason:

  • Please check if you have uploaded the correct documents completely (e.g. the articles of association/incorporation with stamp/seal for GmbH and UG in formation, the signed articles of association for a GbR)
  • You have received compliance questions from us via email but have not yet answered all of them completely or correctly.
  • We still need documents from you. Please check your email inbox and send us the necessary documents.
  • The review of the company information takes a little longer. In some cases a more intensive check by Solarisbank AG is necessary.
  • Your company has a complex ownership or functional structure. In the case of holdings and corporate networks with multiple legal representatives as well as complex legal structures, slight delays may occur
  • An increased volume of inquiries - sometimes we receive many registrations at once. The examination may then take longer in some cases
