The e-mail address is the primary login for your Penta business account. You can change it yourself in your Penta account. 


  • go to the menu "Administration" and click on "Edit" next to the e-mail
  • enter the new e-mail address and click on "Save"
  • confirm the new e-mail address with a smsTAN
  • Please note you'll be logged out of the application after changing your e-mail and will have to set up a new password
