- go to the menu "Administration"
- click “Edit” next to the phone number below your business name
- Important: make sure you still have access to your old mobile number
- enter the new mobile number and click on “Save”
- confirm the new mobile number with a smsTAN on your old mobile
If you no longer have access to your Penta business account and or mobile number, please send us an e-mail with your new mobile phone contract and we will contact you to get the change done for you.
