If you do not provide your tax information within 90 days of opening your account, we are required by law to temporarily block your account automatically until we receive your tax classification and tax self-reporting information.
But don't worry, this is very easy and can be done completely online. Once we receive the information, we can unblock your account.
You can enter your tax identification number (TIN) in the "Administration" menu in the "Tax data" tab.
