This depends on your needs. If you just started and you don’t need the account that much, just for administrative purpose, the free one should be enough. 

If you grew to 3-5 employees we suggest advanced plan and from 5 onwards the Premium usually makes sense.

However, there are some other things to consider, like amount of transactions or if you need access to accounting.
