*Requires video identification to be authorised on the account to send payments. Our partner IDNow is responsible for doing the online verification and sometimes they are unable to validate all passports. You can find the full list of eligible passports that IDNow accepts here.


You can add a user and choose to not give them any permission. This means they can log into the Penta account and view the account details (IBAN & BIC), business address, legal documents. They will also be able to change their language and password, or access FAQs. This feature is helpful if you want to order a card for your employee but you do not want them to see the balance or transactions on the account. Once a card is requested for them, they can set the card PIN, see their own card payments and card details if they own a card.
