To help keep your account secure,  any non-legal representative who can make payments on behalf of your business needs to be video identified and authorised. This includes card payments.

The process involves: 

  • Successfully completing video identification. We've partnered with IDNow to allow you to do this. 

  • Authorisation on the account happens when a legal representative confirms with TAN. 

The user is guided through this process via the "Identification" tab in their account. 

Our partner IDNow is responsible for doing the online verification and sometimes they are unable to validate all passports. You can find the full list of eligible passports that IDNow accepts here.
