Within the SEPA zone there are two types of direct debit mandates: Private and Corporate Direct Debits.

While the private direct debit is very simple and straightforward, a company direct debit must first be registered with the financial institution in order to debit your account. 

To set up a company direct debit mandate with us, please send us an e-mail with the scanned direct debit mandate to help@getpenta.com.

We will then set up the mandate for you in our internal systems. Please do not send us any mandates by mail, as this will only prolong the process unnecessarily.
