• The admin of the Penta business account must authorize the employee to receive the VISA card.
  • You can do this directly in the app or contact our customer service by phone
  • Once the authorization is done, you can request the new VISA card for the employee
  • Once your employee has received the card, he/she can set the PIN of his/her card and activate the card
