As of March 3, 2020, Penta has changed the issuance of cards from Mastercard to VISA.
If you opened your Penta business account after March 3, 2020, you will automatically receive the new VISA card.
If you have a Mastercard, it will be automatically blocked 50 days before the expiration date printed on the card.
We will notify you by email as soon as you can order your free replacement VISA card. You will be able to activate your VISA card and use it before your Mastercard is permanently blocked so that you can continue to make payments without any restrictions. Please note that the new "Pay with Google Pay" feature is only available with the VISA card.
- Open your Penta account and click on the menu "My cards"
- Now you can see if and when your Penta Mastercard expires or not. If you do not see a message and have not received an email, there is no need for action yet
- As soon as you see a message, it is necessary to order a new VISA card. To do this, follow the instructions displayed in your Penta account
Please note: If you have set up standing orders, please update them so that they are debited from the new Penta VISA card instead of the Penta Mastercard.
