Please note that the SEPA Direct Debit Collection feature will be discontinued by Solaris SE on 21 June 2023. 

On that date Solaris SE will set its collection limits to 0 and you will no longer be able to debit your clients’ accounts.

The Creditor Identifier is a unique reference number for companies that collect payments by direct debit. 

It must be entered for each direct debit and enables the payer and his bank to verify the direct debit. 

You can apply for your Creditor Identifier at the Deutsche Bundesbank. 

Please enter your Creditor Identifier in your Penta account as soon as you are approved for direct debit. It will be added automatically to every direct debit from now on.
