Please note that the SEPA Direct Debit Collection feature will be discontinued by Solaris SE on 21 June 2023.
On that date Solaris SE will set its collection limits to 0 and you will no longer be able to debit your clients’ accounts.
You can view your remaining budget at any time in your Penta account under the menu item "Direct Debits".
Once you have reached your direct debit limit, you will not be able to set up new direct debits.
Please note that your remaining direct debit limit is updated daily based on your activity over the previous 8 weeks. So if you have reached your limit, it is worth checking your remaining limit regularly.
