Please note that the SEPA Direct Debit Collection feature will be discontinued by Solaris SE on 21 June 2023. 
On that date Solaris SE will set its collection limits to 0 and you will no longer be able to debit your clients’ accounts.


Once you have successfully created your direct debit, you will see the status in your dashboard in your Penta account. To see all the details, please click on the relevant direct debit.
