Please note that the SEPA Direct Debit Collection feature will be discontinued by Solaris SE on 21 June 2023. 
On that date Solaris SE will set its collection limits to 0 and you will no longer be able to debit your clients’ accounts.


A Direct Debit with the status “upcoming” is a collection that was newly created and will be automatically submitted to our banking partner for future execution. This Direct Debit can still be cancelled by clicking on “Cancel” after opening the details.


A Direct Debit with the status “submitted” is a Direct Debit that was created and submitted to our banking partner for future execution. A Direct Debit with this status cannot be cancelled anymore.


A Direct Debit with the status “collected” is a Direct Debit that was successfully executed. The funds were credited to your account. The status of this Direct Debit can still change to “returned”.


A Direct Debit with the status “failed” is a Direct Debit that was unsuccessfully submitted. The funds were not credited to your account. There are a number of reasons why a Direct Debit fails: For example, the creditor identifier you supplied to us is incorrectly formatted. A Direct Debit with status “cancelled” is a Direct Debit that was cancelled by you and that will not be submitted to our banking partner for future execution.
