Please note that the SEPA Direct Debit Collection feature will be discontinued by Solaris SE on 21 June 2023. 

On that date Solaris SE will set its collection limits to 0 and you will no longer be able to debit your clients’ accounts.


A customer has the legal right to return a Direct Debit within 8 weeks of collection, with no questions asked. If the collection was made without the legal basis of a Direct Debit mandate, then a collection can be returned up to 13 months after the collection. 


If a Direct Debit is returned, we will initiate a return booking in your account and return the funds to the debtor.
