Please note that the SEPA Direct Debit Collection feature will be discontinued by Solaris SE on 21 June 2023.
On that date Solaris SE will set its collection limits to 0 and you will no longer be able to debit your clients’ accounts.
First of all, please make sure that you are registered for our direct debit procedure.
Then log in to your Penta account and click on "Add direct debit" in the menu item "Direct debits". Select "Direct Debit" and upload your XML file.
After you have uploaded the file, you can check your direct debits again. Once you have checked all the details, you can select your destination account and add the direct debit.
Your direct debits will be added to the overview, there you can follow the status.
