Your PIN is a four-digit number that is required to authorise transactions and cash withdrawals at ATMs.
Unlike many other commercial banks, you can set the PIN for your VISA card yourself in your Penta WebApp. It is important to note that the Penta app must be paired with your device for you to be able to set it up.
Please note that for security reasons some number combinations are excluded and cannot be accepted:
- The PIN must not contain any components of your date of birth
- The PIN must not contain any parts of your postal address, e.g. not your zip code
- Repeated digits such as "1111" are not allowed
- Number sequences such as "1234" are also not allowed
If your PIN is not accepted, please try another combination.
