Penta has changed from Mastercard to VISA since March 3, 2020. Therefore, we cannot automatically renew your Mastercard.

VISA cards, on the other hand, are automatically renewed and you will receive a new card in the mail without having to do anything. 

If you have a Mastercard, it will be blocked 50 days before the expiration date printed on the card. 

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as you can order your free replacement VISA card. You will be able to activate your VISA card and use it before your Mastercard is permanently blocked so that you can continue to make payments without restrictions.
