Our partner Solaris SE is required by law to verify all new customers before they can conduct transactions with their Penta business account. 

In most cases, this verification takes only a fraction of a second. 

However, in some cases, additional verification is required, which is performed by Solaris SE staff. Therefore, accounts of customers that could not be verified automatically must be temporarily blocked by Solaris SE. This additional verification may be necessary for various reasons.

The aim is always to ensure the safe and lawful use of your account. However, due to internal requirements of Solaris SE, we cannot always inform you about the reason for the account suspension.
