Opening an account with Wise is done in three steps

• Registration with Wise
• Account application with Wise
• Verification of the business account

Registration with Wise

• Go to the registration link for Wise and click "register/register" in the upper right corner.
• Sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or your email address
• Select "Business account
• In the next step, select "Germany" as the country. Your company must be registered in Germany.
• Now enter your cell phone number. You will receive a smsTAN on your cell phone. Confirm the mobile number and choose a password in the next step.
• Choose a password for your Wise account. You will receive an email to confirm your email address.

Wise account application

• Log in to your Wise account.
• Click on "Create an account”
• In the following steps, enter your company details, industry/trade, website, size of your company, and the personal details of the person opening the account.
• Now select your business plan.

Verification of the business account

• Log in to your Wise account.
• Click on "Verify account”
• Now upload the requested documents in the next steps
• If Wise has any further questions or needs documents, you will receive an email.
