Sometimes it can take a few minutes until the mobileTAN via SMS arrives.
The reason why the TAN does not reach you can be the following:
The device in question may have been temporarily out of service, was in flight mode or had a full memory.
If the phone has not been turned off or rebooted for a long time, it may lose connection to the A2P network. This can lead to a delay in the delivery of the smsTAN. In this case, please restart your phone to re-establish the connection.
If the same problem persists after the above actions, please contact your mobile provider in advance with a "signal reset" request. You should be able to receive the mobileTAN via SMS again, afterwards.
If the problems remain, please contact our customer service and inform us about your cell phone provider and your location (domestic/foreign).
