If you have opened two completely separate accounts for two different companies at Penta and the account opening request for one account was made before April 13 and the one for the other account was made after April 13, the accounts will have different BICs.

You can find your BIC code in the Penta account under the menu item "Accounts".

Important: If you have two different BICs, you can not use one BIC as a substitute for the other BIC!

If the BICs are mixed by mistake, it may happen that especially international payments can not be processed.
