As a new user, you will receive an email with a link to access the Penta account. You can then create your own password before logging into the Penta account.

The features visible to you in the account depend on your permissions.

In the following cases, you will be required to verify your identity via Videoident using the IDnow provider:

• You are a legal representative of the company
• You receive your own Penta VISA Card for the account.
• You receive the authorization to carry out transactions
• You get access to the SEPA Direct Debit feature
