The Penta app only supports devices with the Android operating system from version 7 or the iOS operating system in version 10-14.
If your smartphone has one of the above-mentioned versions, please try to perform a system update or use another device.
For security reasons, we do not support rooted devices or hardware that is jailbroken. If you want to know what this is, click here.
In order for the Penta app to work properly on mobile devices, it is also necessary that the latest version of the app is installed.
To do this, please download the app again from the app store of your device or click on "Update" there.
Hint: Activate the "automatic updates" for the Penta app in the settings of your mobile device so that the update will take place automatically in the future.
