To access the Wise service portal, you must first register with Wise.
You can find out how to register with Wise here.
Once you are logged into Wise, click on your name in the top right corner and then click on "Help centre".
- On the next page, scroll down and click on "Contact us".
- Navigate to the help topic you need help with and click on "I still need help".
- You now have a menu where you can contact Wise via chat, email, and phone in 10 different countries.
- If you get stuck or have any questions, you can also contact Penta customer support.
