To access the Wise service portal, please go to the Wise help area and log in.

You will then be guided through an interactive help menu for that area.

Navigate to the help topic for which you need help and click on "I still need help".

You will now have a menu where you can contact Wise via chat, email and phone in 10 different countries.

Important! If you have problems logging in or your account is locked, please click on "Problems logging in". Now you are back in the help menu. If the topic you need help with is not listed, you can also click on "something else" to go directly to Wise support.
