Download a bank transfer receipt from the website

  • Click on "Home" in the Wise customer portal
  • Click on the three dots on the right side of the desired bank transfer and select "Bank transfer details
  • Click on "Get PDF receipt

  • Click on "Home" in the Wise customer portal
  • select the bank transfer 
  • Tap on "Details
  • Click on "Get PDF receipt" (in the iOS app) or "download" remittance receipt (in the Android app)


Download account statements from the website and in the app

You can download both standard and accounting statements from Wise for each of your accounts. For accounting statements, the fees incurred are displayed separately for each transaction.


  • Select the account for which you want to get a statement 
  • Go to statements
  • Tap on the currency for which you want to have a statement
  • Select the period for which the statement should be issued
  • Select the type of statement you want to download
  • Choose PDF or CSV format. Only CSV statements can usually be uploaded in accounting programs.
  • Click Download
  • You may be asked to enter your Wise password to download the file.


Please note: Wise's website allows you to download statements for a period of 365 days. A monthly bank statement is available in the app.


Download a bank confirmation from Wise

You can download a bank statement as a PDF for each currency you open, which also shows your account ownership. Such a statement shows account numbers, account balance, transactions and more.


Please contact Wise to request a signed document. Please note that this can take up to 7 business days.
